This has been such a special addition to our lives. With our non tech-savvy grandparents, texting photos has never been ideal. The monthly photo sends always lead to some of our best long phone calls - which has made our relationship sweeter and feel less like they live halfway across the country. Couldn’t recommend Nanagram enough!

We’re big fans of NanaGram and would highly recommend it to other Nanas out there! We use it to send photos to our kids’ Great Grandmother and she is absolutely thrilled to get them in the mail every month. She’s started making an album of them. It’s a super easy way to brighten a grandparent’s day for about the cost of sending a greeting card. Our twins give it four thumbs up!

While, of course, tons of pictures are sent from all over the world in the family group chat, and mum saves them to go and look at later, starting to use NanaGram has changed the conversation for the better!
Now, for example, when we send a bunch of pictures from the girls' visit to San Francisco, there's invariably a few comments along the lines of "that one will be so good for the next NanaGram!", and often some direct requests from mum herself asking for a particular picture to be added to the queue.
It's a delightful experience and I highly recommend it!

I get a call or text from my mom every month with how happy she is getting her Pictures. We maybe a digital age but not everyone living in this time is at the digital "AGE".
There are plenty of us out here that still love our hard copy photo albums.

Nanagram is amazing. If you’re a millennial parent like us, we love the pictures of our child, but the majority of them are digital and on our phones. However, grandparents want those prints to put on the fridge, in their office, around the house…really almost anywhere. Nanagram is great, saves time, seamless and gives the grandparents what they want. It’s also a great gift for parents who are hard to shop for.

This seems like something I could do easily on my own, but it would never get done! This service reminds me to send in photos way before they are printed and makes me take more photos of our little guy! His grandparents are very happy to get the photos regularly since they don't live nearby.

This service is so easy to use! I am terrible at sending birthday and anniversary cards on time, but even I can do this. They text reminders and make it really fast and easy to select and send photos right from my phone.The grandparents love it and are excited to update their photo board every month.

The grandparents love getting their pictures. They use to always complain that we never gave pictures or they could never find the pictures we sent via text. Now they have them at their fingertips. Gifted this to all the grandparents and they are loving it! Happy mail (real mail!) once a month sharing tidbits of our life with them. Living in different states, they don’t get to see the daily, simple moments but with NanaGram, they do! It’s easy to text pictures to NanaGram and they do the res. My sister is 20 years older than me and 88 years old. At that age she can answer calls on her cell but nothing more. She really doesn’t know what WiFi is and so can’t use those rotating photo frames. Now she can’t drive so her world is limited to her home and occasional outings to see the grandkids with her daughter. Getting updated photos every month really helps her stay connected with the growing family. She loves it!

NanaGram was the best gift! We recently moved to another state away from both sets of grandparents. We're all missing being together for the little moments in our day-to-day lives like cheering on the grandkids sports, taking trips to the park or getting together for Sunday dinner. NanaGram has been a great way to share what's we've been up to each month and make the grandparents still feel part of our lives. And they really enjoy getting printed photos that they can add to an album. Then when we come visit, our kids go through the album with them and tell them all about each photo. It's been very special to make use feel close even when we're far away.

I sent my grandparents their first nanagram shipment last month and they loved it! My grandpa said that the pictures were so large and clear. If you are thinking about purchasing a nanagram subscription, you absolutely should. Grandparents love love love to feel connected to their grandkids lives and this is the perfect way to have consistent and fun communication. I have purchased for both of my grandmas and they keep the stack of photos directly next to their favorite chair to frequently look back on - the older generation LOVES hard copies of prints to show their friends and family (from my experience!)

Nanagram was exactly what myself and fellow grandkids are looking for. Both of my grandmas lost their respective husbands this year leaving them feeling more isolated and lonely. My siblings and I commit to visit as often as possible but distance and busy schedules get in the way and can unintentially lead to not weekly visits.
Having each of my grandmas receive photos every month gave them something to look forward to and instantly gave us topics to talk about when we visit or call! They love having the prints readily available to show their friends, medical caretakers, other family members, etc., - all this to say, if you are thinking about getting nanagram, DO IT!
Lastly, the customer service is unmatched. I get the impression the staff is small and thus this is the perfect time as you know that you will be getting the attention and help you need! I appreciate what Nanagram is doing and the joy it's brought to our lives by easing meaningful connection with our loved ones!

In our family we call our nanas MarMar & Ganny. Both recently received their first set of nanagram prints and let us know how they appreciated having actual photos of their grandsons (along with assorted family members). This is literally "the gift that keeps on giving."

My loved one is a grandparent, living a great distance from his children and 2-year-old granddaughter. He has regular video calls with her and her parents sent lot of photos, which often make him laugh audibly. She’s such a character. But he always says he prefers printed photos that he can hold in his hands.
I used to make trips to a photo print store every few months to print off a bunch of photos for him because he does not have the patience or the technical aptitude to figure out how to do it himself. He also has a very cheap cell phone that doesn’t have enough memory to keep digital photos for very long. This has been a frustrating thing for him.
When I found nanagram, I instantly realized how absolutely perfect it is! I don’t have to be his photo intermediary. No more concerns about losing photos when his storage capacity is maxed out on his phone. He knows as soon as he texts his photos to nanagram, those photos will come and he will have them to thumb through whoever he wants to. He loves to look at them and hold one up for me to see. Every time he says, “I don’t know which one is my favorite!”
This service is absolutely incredible and I have told so many friends about it. Best money I ever spent and without a doubt, for the man who has everything and doesn’t want me spending money on him, this was the best gift. He thanks me over and over again. I love how much time he spends looking through them and he just smiles. It makes my heart so happy to see him happy. I also think it’s funny that nanagram is like an old friend. He talks about how he’s got to send this one to nanagram!

Over the last few years, I felt like my prominence as Best Grandchild was lacking. I live across the country, while my younger cousins are nearby and doing more exciting things than being an adult with an office job. Enter: NanaGram. My grandmother was beside herself at getting photos unexpectedly and is impressed by the quality of the prints. She refuses to frame them, instead keeping the prints accessible so she can bring them to lunch with all her friends and demand they make their grandchildren do it too. My cousins cower in intimidation. My mother wants me to sign her up and ignore the “nana” branding. I’ve got gifts locked down for the next several years. This could be your life, too.

Our Baban has never been good with technology, and has always asked us to send her more photos instead of waiting for the couple times a year we can come visit and seeing them all on our iPads and iPhones. Grandparents loved their first arrival of photos! The texting service made it so simple to upload the photos right from the phone. Loved that I didn’t have to worry, just sent the photos and off they went! They immediately said it was the best gift ever! I love this service. My 90 year old grandmother does not have a cell phone and doesn’t have internet. She lives 2,000 miles from me and because of the pandemic has never met my 3 year old in person. My niece signed up for Nanagram for my 94 year old mom, and receiving it is the highlight of every month. Though I live in a different state, my mom happily goes over each photo in detail on the phone laughing and using superlatives all the way!! Given how much she loves it, I decided that my mother in law would, too, so we signed her up to receive her monthly package of her great grandson and great granddaughter who live so far away. I wanted to start sending my grandma pictures of my daughter regularly since we live in different states. I started by getting pictures printed, writing a letter with a little caption for each picture, and then going to the post office to send them. I managed to do that ONCE! But now, my grandma gets pictures monthly and I can do it all from my phone! The one thing I LOVE about Nanagram vs other services is that I can add captions to the pictures. It allows me to give a little blurb about what my daughter is doing which makes it feel a little more personal.

I love the idea but none of my deliveries have arrived yet! It seems so slow and I wonder if I should just mail photos myself. Then it wouldn't have to be international mail.

Quick question, you mentioned sending the photos yourself so they wouldn't have to be international mail. Are you located in the US or in Canada?
We've been facing issues with the United States Postal Service both in the USA and abroad. International deliveries have been particularly delayed for some reason. What used to be delivered in 10-12 days is now taking sometimes up to 30 days.
I do think it would be quicker to mail them yourself if you're in Canada, unfortunately. We haven't been able to find a print partner to ship within Canada. We do have over 100 people delivering photos to Canada. I know the lag isn't ideal but once you get into a good sending cadence it does work out well.

We started Nanagrams for our non-internet-and-text-savvy grandmothers to have a consistent way to see pictures of their new great grandson. We are our third shipment in and it’s been such a delight for both of them, I think receiving more mail in general has meant a great deal and has also been fun. It’s easy for us to remember to text pictures, that’s all you have to do- though once I sent a picture of one grandmother and not the other, whoops! I am terrible at timely things and writing letters, so this has been exactly what we needed!

Nanagram has brought so much joy to my grandma, across several state lines. Because of the pandemic, I've missed being able to travel to see her, and she has not had the same connection to her great grandchildren. We never see our grandmas because they are across the country. Because they don’t use computers it’s hard to share pictures. I searched for how to send pictures to grandmas and this came up! It’s so easy to do, and with reminders so I don’t forget to upload new pictures of my kids!

My Grammie is in her mid 80s and, apart from a DISH remote control and CD boombox, never incorporated modern technology into her lifestyle. No computer, no printer, etc.
This service is the closest thing I have to "texting her photos" and I couldn't be more pleased. Grammie just received her first batch of photos and promptly called to express how much it meant to her that she has new pictures to display around the cabin. In this golden age of communication, I can't believe I didn't sign up sooner!

I've been gifting my 87 year old grandma different subscription boxes for Christmas every year for a while now. She has always enjoyed them but this is the first one she raves about! She doesn't have internet, so she was always waiting for one of her kids or grandkids to come over and show her pictures on their phone. Gramma Rose is not very technologically inclined. She can do a little bit, but wants to hold the physical picture in her hands. So this app works so great for her, and every month she calls me up and tells me how beautiful the pictures are. Sooo glad she loves it and the second best part is that it is so easy for me to just text a certain number of pictures every month, and the rest is taken care of. Hassle-free!!

My 82 year old dad is now home bound, especially with the pandemic. It’s also hard for him to speak on the phone for more than 10’ due to his lungs. Hardly time for me to tell him a story. Gram loved it! We had 3 grandkids and 1 of her kids sending in photos, and this website made that easy to coordinate. She doesn't use the internet, so this is a great way to share our lives with her! My grandma loves this service! She’s always calling me to talk about the photos she receives. Awesome customer service, too! Yes it’s more expensive than if I sent the photos myself, but without this service I wouldn’t have the time. I had wanted to send my grandma photos for months but never got around to it. I found NanaGram using a Google search and immediately signed up. Grandma’s photos were printed & on their way minutes later! Thu service makes it so easy. I recently just bought another package for some great aunts and everyone loves it.

I was so happy to find there was a service like Nanagram. My Grandpa is home alone during a pandemic, as my Grandma passed earlier this year. He shows anyone that comes over the photos he gets every other week and I know it means a lot to him. He doesn't hear very well so calling is difficult and he is 4 states away from me so we cannot visit. Sending photos of current events in his great grandchilds life and adding captions so he knows what shenanigans we are up to, has been wonderful. Alex has been very responsive to questions, and I like supporting small businesses, especially during this time. I was actually shocked when he emailed me directly. I guess I am used to being a non-person to the huge retailers of the world, and having a direct conversation with the business owner surprised me (in a good way!) Bravo guys!

We haven’t seen my grandma in many months due to Covid. I had been emailing her pictures, but she’s not the best with technology so she wasn’t always seeing them. And even when she was, she told me such much prefers actual photos. After doing some googling, I found NanaGram. Who has time to drive to Walgreens, print them out, find and envelope and a stamp and then get them in the mail??? Nangram is a beautiful thing! I feel like I receive extra special attention from Nangram and that my photos are special not just to me but to Nanagram! My Grandma is in assisted living and although she enjoyed the photos before the virus hit, they are so very important to her now. With Nanagram everything is so easy especially for people with few computer skills. The phiotos can easily be sent via text from your phone or from the phones of others. You receive lots of reminders each month to help you get your photos ready. It is easy to put captions on and file away photos for another month. After the birth of my first child I wanted to share printed pictures with my grandparents regularly but had too much else going on to select / print / send the photos.
Nanagram has been super helpful - every month we pick our favourite 5 photos from the last month and send them (via email) to our nanagram account. That's it!

I've been using NanaGram for over a year and I have quadrupled-down such that I'm now sending to both of my grandmothers, my mother, and my mother-in-law.
New features continue to improve the experience and customer service is excellent. My favorite aspect is the ability to share the account with my wife, cousins and brother so they can all contribute photos to be printed.

My mother looks SO forward to receiving these pictures. She looks at them over and over and over again as if they just came that day. It is good for her cognitive thinking skills too since she has to think about who is who and where or when it was taken. it warms my heart for her to feel family around her during a pandemic when she can’t be visited or go out and visit others. I have always been the kind of person who thinks they’re going to have time to get photos printed from some online source or head to a store to do it and it never happens. With Nanagram I have sent over 300 photos to my grandmother who lives in Chicago and she has made album after album out of them! The amount of joy that Nanagram has brought is absolutely unparalleled! So many useless startups in this world. Nanagram is not one of them. It's cheap, very well done (sending a picture is as simple as sending an email), the customer service is GOLD, everything has been perfectly handled. It's a service that brings joy to my grand father every time he receives pictures, and that's definitely worth it.
Sure, I could send the pictures by myself, but in the last 30 years, I didn't. Nanagram fixes that problem beautifully.
I like that you have full control over the shipping process too, if you want to skip the next shipping without being charged you can, if you want to change the dates you can, if you want to send earlier, you can too!

We decided to get my Nana a subscription for Christmas as a way to keep her connected to the great-grandkids. We would always show her photos on our phones, but she can't show those off to her friends! She loves it... looks forward to it every month. It's been especially great since COVID hit, because she hasn't been able to see them in person. This way she feels like she's still involved. I was looking for something for my parents who really insisted on receiving actual printed photos when my son was born (first grandson) and signed up. It’s so easy to select photos and send them in. My mother LOVES them and everything has worked out so well I upgraded my account to add my grandmother as well. I still just select the same photos and 2 sets will be sent out, one to each. It’s tricky sharing updates with Grandma over the phone since she can’t see us (she doesn’t use FaceTime or Skype) and I always forget to send pictures even if I manage to get some printed. NanaGram to the rescue! Now every month I get a few reminder texts and I send photos straight from my phone to NanaGram and they do the work of getting them to grandma! She gets updates on her great grandkids and I win granddaughter of the year points ;) The best, no-brainer money I spend every single month.

This has been the best service for sharing photos with elderly family members. As my in-laws have aged, their use of technology has diminished. Our son moved out of state, so we don't get to see him as much. With everyone uploading pictures and actual pictures being printed, they are able to see everyone and share the pictures with their friends, bank tellers, retail clerks, etc. I'm serious. They show the pictures to everyone. I can always tell when they get them, because I get a call the minute they are received telling me how wonderful I am. Especially in times of social distancing, it has been a huge hit!

This is what I got my grandparents for Christmas. I think it's awesome because they don't have internet and they still have a house phone. It really keeps them connected in my brother and my life. I love that it is so easy to send the photos in. I also like that you can add captions to the photos. I wish more people knew about this.

I absolutely LOVE Nanagram! After talking to my grandma on Mother's Day, I realized I wanted to bring some joy to her even though I live across the country. She got her first nanagram shipment and called me to say how much she absolutely loved it! There is just so much peace of mind knowing I can snap a picture and send it off to grandma so easily. I cannot recommend NanaGram enough. It has brought SO MUCH HAPPINESS to our daughter's four Grandparents, Great Grandma, 94-year-old Great Great Aunt, and her Auntie. Alex is incredibly responsive, it's a lovely family business run by him and his wife. We bought albums for each recipient (5 total) and we were overjoyed to see how beautifully wrapped with care each album/package was, the free candy/magnets, included, etc. They sent us pictures of each one prior to shipping. It was so exciting! And as each package has arrived this week with the first round of prints, our family is going CRAZY with excitement and anticipation of meeting our little one as soon as all this pandemic shenanigans clears up. My grandmother said that nangram was "the best christmas present ever." It can be so hard to think of what to buy my 90 year old grama. I saw a post of facebook advertising nanagram and decided to purchase a subscription for my grama, my kid's great grama! My sister and I split the cost and each month we now send photos of our kids (her great grandkids) to my grandmother. In an age where we all just text photos to each other or set up online photo streams, its so great to have an easy way to send photos (by text) to my grama and have her receive them by mail in a hard copy. She can then take these pictures to her lunches and show all her friends! She is so happy! Thank you nanagram!

This is a great gift idea, especially for my mother in law. She doesn't use a smart phone or computer so she misses out on all the pictures the family sends to each other. Now, with Nanagram, she can see what everyone else is seeing......and keep them in her photo album (Nanagram album of course) to look at whenever she wants and share with her friends.
The whole family is connected and she will get photos from everyone! I'm excited for the next set of photos to be sent.

We welcomed our son into the world two months early and he’s been in NICU for a month. It’s been hard not being able to visit folks with our new family member like we would have otherwise. We’ve been sending loads of photos and updates to other family members through text and email, and Nanangram is a great way to keep his elderly great grandparents informed about their first great grandchild. My son found this awesome gift idea for my parents. They do not have internet nor do they have cell phones, so they never see all the photos we post of our kids and family activities. So for the past year we have used Nanagram to send pics every month, so they can see what is going on in everyone's lives. It also has given them something to look forward to. I called my Gramma after she received her first NanaGram shipment and she was ecstatic. She was completely in awe of how she was able to receive the same pictures as everyone else does on their phones. She told me she looked at them 3 times the first day, and one time each additional day. I love the convenience of sending photos from my phone and getting them printed on the post. I send the pictures home so that my kids (aged 5 and 8) can compile their own photo albums as I did as a kid.
It took 15 days for the photos to arrive to Norway, but they came in perfect condition.

We send monthly pictures to both my parents who live separately and out of the Country. They received their first photos early in a professionally addressed and packaged envelope. Their voices were excited and full of amazement, they were thrilled. I received 10 free photos because it took ME so long to figure out the system, nothing went wrong on NanaGram’s end, but basically just because!! I have my own email and phone number to text send in my photos, this can’t get any easier. This will get outstanding idea 2020, it is up and coming! Brilliant idea, service and replies are within minutes, only good things come from this site.

Grandkid pictures are to retirement homes what cigarettes are to prisons: they're like currency. For years my picture-poor Grandma would kick off every visit with a request for new photos of her grandkids. Only problem is, like typical millennials, I could never remember to print out actual, physical photos for her so she had to make do with high school graduation photos from 10 years ago.
Enter NanaGrams. With her fresh deliveries every month my Grandma is rich with photos. Plus the fact that she is the only one in the community with NanaGrams gives her ultimate Grandma bragging rights. Just check out this text I got from her:

Seriously though, the best thing about this service is the ease of sharing means I can share more of my life with my Grandma. In the past I would print out one or two photos so they were always stiff/posed pictures from a family event or wedding. Now that I can easily share multiple photos every month my Grandma gets a window it how I actually live: selfies, photos of my friends, or a picture from a trip to an axe throwing bar. She's getting to know me better!

I am so glad I signed up for Nanagram. It makes sending photos to my mom easy. I love having reminders to add photos to send her every month and my mom absolutely looks forward to them. Before Nanagram I struggled with finding a way to send my mom photos and always had the best intentions. Now I just text them to Nanagram and they take care of the rest. I also would like to add that I really appreciate their customer service team. I had a little bit of a hiccup at the beginning figuring out how to do it and their team was prompt and efficient at helping me solve the problem. I highly recommend Nanagram!

Hello--I'm responding on behave of my mother, known as "MarMar" to her grandchildren.
My mother is challenged with a form of dementia that has made managing her electronic devices (mobile phone, computer, etc.) a bit difficult.
One of her main frustrations has been how to view, download & enjoy the photos she receives via text or email.
My mother was DELIGHTED beyond words when she received her 1st packet of NanaGram photos.
And could not believe it when I told her she would receive a fresh packet of photos every month.

This is really the gift that keeps on giving. Our kids gave Nanagram to Grandma for Christmas and she loves it. She still loves to keep photo albums, so this was perfect for her. For me, it was a simple, but thoughtful way to keep her drowning in new photos of our family and all the grandkids. I love that all I have to do is text the photos - instead of downloading yet another app for uploading. I love that you can add multiple numbers to our account to send photos from, so both I and my husband can upload as we get great shots. As a mom myself, I have a million balls up in the air, and I was worried I would forget to send in new pictures, but the reminders text is genius and I really like that I can choose how many reminders I get and when they are sent - all the way up to 1 hour before printing. I don't even have to keep track of the number of photos I have left to send for the month - Nanagram does it all. Grandma got her first order and was very happy with the quality of the prints. She's already started a new album. I would recommend this to anyone!

NanaGram is a great service for families scattered around the country that want to stay connected with their older relatives! Many older Americans do not have smart phones and no longer look at email or the internet, so NanaGram makes it super easy for family members and friends to post pictures they want to send to the loved one. The posted pictures then get printed as 4x6 photographs, which are mailed to the older loved one every month. My own grandmother lives in an assisted living home on the other side of the country and can no longer manage Facebook or any other type of social media. My Grandma is 86 now. Last year she fought breast cancer and had a compound wrist fracture. This brought into focus how important the time we have is and we went looking for ways to share more of our everyday lives with her. We got her an iPad but she just never really learned to use it and wasn’t seeing our notes and photos - so we switched to Nanagram. Now she gets a little piece of our life every month. The photos are the only thing she leaves out in her spotless kitchen to show every guest that comes over. Nanagram has facilitated a stronger, better relationship and for that I am incredibly grateful. The only downside is she keeps asking for my pictures of our golden retriever and fewer of us!

My cousins and I decided to get Nanagram as a Christmas gift for my grandma last year, and my whole family has raved about what a great gift it is since! Grandma of course loves the pictures -- she's not active online, so they let her keep in touch in a way she otherwise wouldn't be able to. And coordinating which photos to send each month has been a fun way for us grandkids to keep up with each other too. The whole service is just a no-brainer -- it's easy, it works exactly as expected, and we'll definitely be renewing it this Christmas!

I live in a Texas and my Nana lives in California.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my Nana because she loves getting pictures and it was getting hard to keep her up to date on our daily lives. She says it’s the best gift she’s ever been given and calls me every month to express how much she loves getting the pictures.
And this couldn’t be any easier to do. All you have to do is text a picture. That’s it. After you send the pictures in a text you can go into your account and add captions, which I think is a great feature and my nana loves knowing exactly what’s going on.
I am so grateful for Nanagram. It has brought our Nana back into our daily lives.

Even after several excited texts and calls about how good it is to get photos, it didn't sink in. Visited grandparents in-person and saw printed photos everywhere! It sank in. Now I'm doing it for my other grandparents!

We love seeing all the photos that get printed for our grandparents! It's a great way to share what we're up to with grandparents and other family members. Very happy with the service we've received from Nanagram and we recommend it to all of our friends.
