At NanaGram, we use our own product and privacy is extremely important to us. Since NanaGram acts of a private social network for our family, we often post photos and stories to NanaGram we wouldn't otherwise post to public social media. We take your family's privacy just as seriously as ours.
No one likes reading documents like these, so here are a few important bits:
We never look at your photos unless you give us explicit permission (e.g. in a user interview or for debugging purposes).
We use a variety of 3rd party printing houses across the US. These print houses are provided your digital photos (to be printed) and recipient address. Orders are shipped in a white, unbranded envelope.
If you write to us, we'll permanently delete your account and all photos posted. Unlike other social media tools, delete means delete.
We use tracking tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude to track user actions. This helps us improve the product and is used internally only. We never sell or rent this information to 3rd parties.
