Privacy

At NanaGram, we use our own product and privacy is extremely important to us. Since NanaGram acts of a private social network for our family, we often post photos and stories to NanaGram we wouldn't otherwise post to public social media. We take your family's privacy just as seriously as ours. Our friends and family use Later Cam almost every day, often snapping photos we'd never post to social media. Your privacy is sacred to us.

Few people enjoy reading documents like these, so here are a few important bits:

We never look at the photos in your account unless you give us explicit permission (e.g. in a user interview or for debugging purposes).

You own full copyright of your photos.

We use a 3rd party, professional photo lab to print your photos. We have a strict deletion policy with our print partner. We negotiated a specific privacy measure into our contract with the lab: Once your images are printed, packed and mailed, our lab permanently deletes the digital copies of your photos from their systems.

If you write to us, we'll permanently delete your account and all photos posted. Unlike other social media tools, delete means delete.

We use tracking tools like Google Analytics to track user actions. This helps us improve the product and is used internally only. We never sell or rent this information to 3rd parties.
