Hello--I'm responding on behave of my mother, known as "MarMar" to her grandchildren. My mother is challenged with a form of dementia that has made managing her electronic devices (mobile phone, computer, etc.) a bit difficult. One of her main frustrations has been how to view, download & enjoy the photos she receives via text or email. My mother was DELIGHTED beyond words when she received her 1st packet of NanaGram photos. And could not believe it when I told her she would receive a fresh packet of photos every month. "What a beautiful treat this will be!", she told me over the phone. "I am just so tickled!". For my mother, NanaGram has become an instant success. And from a user experience for me & my siblings, whom I'm sharing this with, it couldn't be easier. I really appreciate that I can invite others to participate. So key when your family is spread across several states. And it's so great that we can upload via text or email - super convenient. And I LOVE that we can add captions to the photos, even edit the captions after they've been uploaded. We added names dates to our captions which really helped my mother understand the context of each photo. NanaGram has solved so many issues & reduced a great deal of stress. Thank you for this service.
We're serious. We promise NanaGram will make their day or we'll give you a full refund. If they don't bake you more delicious cookies, we'll send you some.
Just text or email your photos and
we'll handle the rest.
We promise they'll love it or we'll give you a full refund.
Hello, this is Deborah Kwiatek and I'm giving you feedback on the NanaGram account. My daughter-in-law ordered this for us as gift a year ago. And this year, I was wondering if she was going to do the same thing. And I was waiting and waiting and anticipating and they arrived. And I have to say, I absolutely love them! It's a treasure, it's a treat. My daughter-in-law selects picture for us and they capture these beautiful moments in my grandchildren's lives and I am just so thrilled! My husband and I look forward to them and we're collecting them and putting them in albums for our grandchildren. So I just think this is an absolutely fabulous idea. It's delightful. Because nowadays when nobody prints pictures out, it's really nice to have a real picture. Then I can share with friends and just revel in the shots that she captures of their expressions, the emotions that we see and the love and the joy. And, I am so grateful because my daughter-in-law obviously ordered it again for us this year.
I do love my NanaGram! My grandchildren, two of my five — one lives in California, and the other one is in school in Genevia Switzerland. Every month, receiving pictures of their adventures, of their friends, of themselves — it's so much fun. It keeps us close and having my book to look through the pictures and enjoy seeing them, it's just a joy. So I wanted you to know just how much I appreciate having the NanaGram. Thank you. Bye bye.
Hi, I'm calling about the NanaGram gift we got for Christmas. We're thrilled with the photos. We're away from our kids and grandkids for a while right now, and so this lets us see what's going on in their lives. And it's just, a real blessing. Plus, they have such beautiful subjects. Blessings to you!
This is Arlean Childs and I love my NanaGram photos. They are just inspirational to me. This is how I keep up with my children and grandchildren in Maria, Kentucky. Thank you so much for this idea!
Hi, yes I'm calling to provide feedback on NanaGram. I'm a grandpa and my son set this up. Anyway, I received four sets of photos of my grandson Leif through your service NanaGram and I love it! It's just great. The photos are excellent and it's a way for me, — because I'm in California and he's now out in Boston (or Somerville, a suburb of Boston) — so it's a way to each month kind of see how he's changing and growing and some of the activities he's involved in. So, great job. I love NanaGram. Keep it up!
Hello, my name is Carol Turner and I receive the NanaGram from my daughter and grandaughter. They're pictures mostly of our new great-grandson and it's been a pleasure and fun and I can't explain how much it means to us because we live a long ways from them and we only see them once or twice a year. So we really love getting the pictures. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you very much. Bye bye.
I just love it. I can't wait for the next shipment. They're beautiful, clear photos. And they're just beautiful. Thank you so much. Bye.
I love my NanaGram. My children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren send me pictures every month. Which is so good. I don’t have all this technology, like phones, whatever, so I look forward every month and appreciate all these pictures they send me in order to keep in touch. Thank you so much.
Well, good morning. Every time I see your envelope I get so excited to see my great grandchildren and my grandchildren and all these wonderful pictures. I share them with my friends, I look at them again and again, each one over and over — so happy! Thank you.
Well hi, this is Grandma Koebley and I’m calling to tell you that I love your pictures! I’m just so excited when I get that package, it just seems like a miracle that I can get pictures from my family who’s all over the world. And this is wonderful for me and I really appreciate it and I hope everybody enjoys them as much as I do. Thank you so much. Bye bye.
This is Millie Van Syckle. I get pictures from you from my son’s fiance every month, and I just love them. I just love getting these every month. Thank you.

Grandma Cook, Alex, and a giant chocolate bar.
I’m Alex Cook and together with my brother Andy, we built NanaGram as a gift to our late grandfather Tirrell Cook (Grandpa to us) for his 94th birthday.
Celebrating Grandpa Cook's 94th birthday
When Grandpa stopped driving at 93, I started making more of an effort to visit. It started with errands to the grocery store and bank and quickly morphed into adventures with Grandpa. After breakfast or errands, Grandpa would detour me all around Boston’s South Shore to talk history, geneology and marvel at everything, big and small. As he grew older, the blood thinning medicine made it too dangerous to shave and the arthritis in his hands made it too hard to hold a beard trimmer. I became his "barber" — hands-down the most rewarding title of my lifetime.
Grandpa and Grandma Cook lived in their home together for over 60 years. Over the years, my siblings and I would visit our grandparents as often as possible. Grandma and Grandpa loved going through videos and photos on our phones. We tried countless times to set them up with computers, iPads, and other screens but nothing stuck. If we had the time, sometimes we’d send a batch of photos to print a local 1-hour photo but it was challenging to be consistent. So often when we’d go home, our photos and videos went with us.
Grandpa loved lobster rolls.
At Grandpa Cook’s 94th birthday, I bought a couple twin live lobsters (Grandpa loved his lobster rolls) thinking there’s no way any of my siblings could top my gift. Sure enough, my brother Andy unveiled a prototype for a text-to-print service he started building the night before. When Andy asked me to help him finish building it, I instantly said "Hell yes!" We decided to name the product NanaGram, after our our mom (Nana) and our grandmother: An ode to the telegram and her career in the communication industry as a life telephone operator. A few weeks later we blew up on Reddit. Now thousands of NanaGrammers are delivering photos to hundreds of grandparents across the the world every month. Our regular photo deliveries spark an increase in phone calls and visits, bringing families closer together. In the words of Grandpa Cook, “Isn’t that wonderful!”
